Doulas advancing birth equity in Western and Central Massachusetts
We are a collective of birth doulas who support each other as we care for families and individuals through their birthing journey. Together, we are stronger and collaborate to share resources for families. We support each other, new doulas, and those with established practices. We offer comprehensive workshops and mutual learning spaces where we, as doulas, can connect with local providers and long-standing mentors in the community. We are inclusive and experienced with crisis support

Meet the Doulas
Crystal (she/her)
I believe every family deserves access to all the resources and information they need on their childbirth journey. My goal is to guide, empower, and alleviate any doubts, fears, or uncertainties along the way. Everyone deserves this — YOU deserve this! This is truly a moment of a lifetime.
Faith (she/her)
As a passionate and dedicated doula, my goal is to empower families to feel confident and supported throughout their birth and postpartum journey. I believe that each birth is unique, and every family should have the space to create a birthing experience that aligns with their values and preferences.
Jesse (she/her)
I am called to birth and fertility work because I believe deeply that all people have the right to live autonomously in their bodies and deserve to have the pregnancy and birth that they desire. All birth is natural, regardless of how conception was achieved or baby delivered.
Kayla (she/her)
I believe our birth experiences shape the rest of our lives, how we start our journey into parenthood can mold us into new versions of ourselves. I support & respect the wishes & preferences of all the parents I work with, while also holding the understanding that birth can lead us down many different paths.
Lillian (she/her)
My philosophy as a human and a Postpartum Care Worker is to hold space for "all of it": the joy & the grief, the love and the fear, the easeful moments and the days we feel like nothing is quite going right. Its all welcome and it is all held.
Martha (they/she)
It is such an honor to support families on the path of welcoming little ones into their lives. At the heart of my care is a deep confidence and trust in your voice as a birther and new parent. This journey is yours, and your dreams, fears, and desires stay at the center of our work.
Rose (she/her)
The postpartum period is a time of intense growth and change for everyone in a family. My role as a postpartum doula is to show up for you as a new parent, care for, and support you, so that you can show up fully for your baby.
Wylder (they/them)
My practice is rooted in reproductive justice, intuition, emergence, presence, and self-trust. I am experienced in working with diverse family structures and am skilled at nurturing meaningful involvement from partner(s) when desired.
Viki (she/her)
Being a doula for me means helping a couple/individual navigate the territory of pregnancy, birth and after birth by providing emotional support, reflection, reassurance, and resources. I bring to my work an understanding of the societal and cultural inheritances and biases that shape how women and pregnant people are treated.
Carly (they/she)
I believe that everyone giving birth deserves to feel seen, heard, and respected, no matter where or how they give birth. In my work, I value autonomy and informed consent. I am committed to providing trauma-informed, inclusive, and justice-oriented care for all.
Dynasty (she/her)
Her care is trauma-informed and centered on safety, respect, and autonomy. She intentionally creates an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and in control of their choices, especially within medical settings where that can sometimes feel difficult.
Elisandra (she/her)
My journey to becoming a doula was shaped by my own experiences of not feeling seen or heard in healthcare spaces, where my faith in God gave me strength and clarity. I believe birth is sacred, and I trust God to guide me as I walk alongside families, creating a safe and empowering space where they feel supported, valued, and never alone.
Francheska “Frankie” (she/her)
I believe every birthing person deserves compassionate, respectful, and evidence-informed care. I support individuals and families from all walks of life, honoring their values, experiences, and unique vision for birth and postpartum.
Juanita (she/her)
Everyone deserves experienced, personalized support for their pregnancy, birth and postpartum stage in life. Positive births help parents have more positive parenting experiences which lead to better care for our next generation. Let me be part of your village.
Lucy (she/her)
My approach is rooted in compassion, deep listening, and embodied presence—shaped by years of work as a counselor in a therapeutic community. Ritual and ceremony are integral to how I move through the world, and I hold deep respect for the emotional, practical, and spiritual dimensions of this work. I aim to support each person’s unique journey with care and sensitivity.
